1drink plenty of water (8glasses or more daily)
2.must eat leafy vegetables at least once a day
3.avoid eating oily foods,instant foods and junk foods
4.must eat fruits at least twice a day
5.drink milk at least once a day
6.wipe away the sweat
7.avoid often touching the sensitive skin in the body such as face.
8.adequate sleep (8hours daily)
9.avoid sleeping after 1a.m
10.practice proper hygiene
11.avoid applying harmful products on the face.
12.refrain from smoking and drinking alcohol
13.wash your face with natural facial cleanser or mild soap
14.use a cotton pad soaked with apple cider vinegar and apply to your face(it helps your acne fade away as it cleanse your dry skin and it assist to slough off your dead skin cells)
15.use chemical free products to apply in your skin.
16.avoid using make-up that isn't recommended by your dermatologist.
