  6. Treat your Skin Gently with these following:(limit bath time,use mild soaps,shave carefully,pat dry,and moisturizing skin with effective trusted products ~ lotion must have SPF minimum 15).
  7. Drink Plenty of Water (at least 8x a day) because this helps clearing our skin and flushing out toxins from our body.
  8. Exercise to maintain the good blood circulation that are connected in maintaining the health of our skin.
  9. Don't get Stressed because it cause instability in our hormonal system which leads to acne.We have to take steps to manage stress to encourage healthy skin and a healthy state of mind.
